Hi All,

There is a user who cannot create his signature. Because more-->preference,the mail option is not appearing.
I tried from admin client also. I opened the mail file there and tried more--> preferences.

Access and delegation option is there but no mail option where he can make his signature.

Kindly suggest what should I do for this case.
